Sharpie Pen and Watersoluble Graphite in Handbook Journal
Simplicity...
Subtle shading and sensuous lines - I love the curves of this pitcher and cup. I found the cup at a consignment shop and it's one of those "oooohhhh" moments when you know you HAVE to have it.

You are a really great artist. Love your work!
Terrific page. Love the way you did so many on one page. Like you were studying it the way da Vinci would!
PS Like the new look!
It's a nice spread. The pitcher and the cup go so well together. Having your pages mixed with black/white with colorful ones keeps your journal interesting.
The shading in these drawings is spot on. Beautiful.
love the shading!

oh, btw..your coffee journal page is delicious....and that's not just because i'm an avid coffee lover! hehee
I have been in shops and just HAD to have a pitcher myself---so I relate to what you said so much...there's such charm in the patina of age and the shape--and the many ways you can use it in your work etc. I am enjoying your site !
Looks like a very productive weekend here! Great work
Hi Deborah!
Thank you for stopping by and for your kind words, means a lot to me.:) For the shoes I just painted about 3 coats of yellow ochre and let it thoroughly dry in between coats and then sprayed them with varnish. After you wear them they get a little crackly effect that looks pretty cool.
Your sketches are beautiful, I'm enjoying your art too.
Happy Tuesday to you!
♥Jenny
