I became inspired by the book The Best of Colored Pencil - I found it this week in a used bookstore. Finally - some examples of more colorful abstract work in colored pencil. If you've never seen this book, I highly recommend it. It's a showcase of work by members of the Colored Pencil Society of America (CPSA).

Fun sketch and play page! Colored pencil are a good choice if you want to make sure there is no watercolor mishaps.
